This year, Warfield was snapped up from Avis Budget and appointed director of customer experience at British Airways. Before moving to BA, Warfield had a busy year: he relaunched Avis in EMEA with its first TV campaign across the region and transformed the user experience across digital platforms for Avis and Budget. At BA, Warfield says he is looking forward to working on "an iconic brand, with talented people, and the customer at the heart of focus". He is also a Marketing Academy mentor and leader of The Marketing Society’s initiative on sustainability with Prince Charles.
