Carlsberg brand Tuborg has created a chatbot that invites users into the lives of celebrities and influencers.
In a global campaign by Grey London, the Open Lives ChatBot on Facebook Messenger helps people explore their own city through the eyes of another person, leading them to bars, gigs and hidden locations they might not have experienced. It is part of the brand’s new positioning, "Open to more since 1880," which celebrates the power of an open spirit. The campaign also includes a 30-second ad about the people we meet over a lifetime and the value to be gained from embracing new experiences. The film was written by Ben Buswell, art directed by Andrew Singleton and directed by Nez through Pulse, and the chatbot was created by Oscar Muller and Sabine Stromsky.
