The activation, implemented by agency Pretty Green, highlights the UberPool service, which enables people to share rides and split the cost of their trip with another Uber rider headed in the same direction.
Taking place at Boxpark Shoreditch next week, on 15 and 16 September, Londoners can book their chance to make a splash in the 'UberPool’.
Decked out with inflatable beach balls and deckchairs, Londoners can relax in the pool with a group of their best friends for up to an hour to wave goodbye to the late summer nights. Guests are encouraged to bring their swimwear to enjoy the ultimate pool party in London as well as being in with a chance of winning free UberPool credits. The pool will be open for two days and changing rooms will be provided.
UberPool launched last December and is available from zones 1-2 in central London.
Uber partnered with Absolut last month to create a once in a lifetime experience for Uber users, which included a trip to Ibiza. It also called on consumers to share their experiences with the brand, for the chance to feature in its first outdoor advertising campaign
