- The UK's sports to music internet publishing company, 365 Corporation, is preparing for a £500m flotation in the next two months.

The company is understood to be looking to raise up to £100m by bringing in new investors. The company currently publishes such sites as Football365, Music365 and CricInfo365.

365 aims to use the money raised to launch national editions of its online publications around the world that might include CricInfo365 sites being launched into the Australian and Indian markets.

The flotation will follow that of Britain's first two net stocks Freeserve and eXchange, which made its debut last week.

Last week 365 acquired Csports Communication, owners and creators of France's leading soccer website, C-FOOT, for an undisclosed sum.

Csports Communication is an internet publishing company and sports press agency located in Paris and in Montpellier. Its website, C-FOOT, located at www.cfoot.com, carries constantly updated coverage of international football news, match analysis, interviews and economic reports.

The flotation will make multi-millionaires out of the company's founders who include Dan Kelly, a former NME editor, and Simon Morris, a former director of Ginger Productions.
