Ojo is a new entry to the Power 100 but a name that we’re sure to be hearing more of. She recently joined Unilever as senior global director of the Knorr masterbrand and was previously head of global brand equity for the Durex and KY brands at Reckitt Benckiser. Ojo was the mastermind behind the hugely successful Durex #Connect campaign, which reached 75m people and was a number-one viral video. She almost went down the finance career path, but credits having the bravery to quit her job and attend the Kellogg School of Management as setting her off in this successful direction.
