United in talks to sell Express Newspapers

A deal could see Press Holdings, which owns titles including The Scotsman, Scotland on Sunday and Sunday Business, valuing Express Newspapers at £100 million. It is thought that United News & Media is looking for a sum in excess of £150 million, although the Barclay brothers have been told that they are the preferred bidders.
