Valspar, the US paint brand, has announced its arrival in UK and Ireland B&Q stores with a TV campaign. FCB Inferno created the work, which also includes social media activity and online banners. The spot tells people not to get hung up on what is appropriate or what matches, but to just choose the colours that make them happy. It first airs on ITV on 13 February during an episode of Emmerdale. FCB Inferno has worked with Valspar since 2013, when it produced a point-of-sale campaign. The brand later appointed FCB Inferno as its lead creative and strategic agency.
