Launched in 2005, Ratedpeople.com is the UK's largest trade recommendation service, helping consumers find tradespeople by providing ratings and reviews of them from previous experiences.
Earlier this year, the company launched its first TV spot, which was created in-house. In September 2008, it appointed the digital agency Crayon to handle a digital ad campaign to promote the relaunch of the ratedpeople.com site. It uses Punch Communications to handle sales promotion, PR and some social media activity.
