Virgin Active "Enough" by That Thing

Virgin Active's playful campaign offers a more honest approach to exercise as people undertake their New Year's resolutions.

The campaign by That Thing is part of a wider brand positioning that will roll out in 2019. Instead of pushing gym goers to "do it all", the ad’s more realistic message aims to encourage people rather than make them feel guilty: just doing the recommended amount of exercise in a week is enough. The work was created and directed by Joe Weir and Mark Williams.
