The appointed shop will work with Lida, Virgin Holidays’ direct marketing agency, and M&C Saatchi, which handles above-the-line.
A company spokesman said: "We’ve invited agencies to think about how we can make the Virgin Holidays customer experience even better.
"The successful agency will work with M&C Saatchi on how the experience is communicated."
M&C Saatchi was appointed to Virgin Holidays’ ad account in August 2012. Lida won the £5 million direct business two months later.
In December 2014, Virgin Holidays introduced new technology to its stores that enabled customers to take virtual tours to destinations including Barbados, Mexico and Walt Disney World.
