Julian Vizard, joint creative director of St Luke’s, is leaving the

agency at the end of the month to take up a creative position at the

Australian agency, Mojo.

St Luke’s has poached HHCL & Partners’ head of art, Mark Howard, to

partner its co-creative chief, Al Young. However, Howard, who joins the

agency next month, will not take the title of creative director.

Vizard joined the agency six years ago as an art director and became

joint creative director in 1996.

’I’ve had an amazing and intense time at St Luke’s but it’s time to try

something new.

’I’ve always had an eye on Australia. It’s one of the most exciting

places to be at the moment,’ he said.

During his time at the agency, Vizard produced some of St Luke’s most

notable and contentious campaigns such as Ikea’s ’downsizer’ and ’stop

being so English’.

Howard has worked at HHCL for four years, producing work for Guinness,

Iceland and Pot Noodle.

’He’s a real catch. I admire so much of his work, particularly the

recent Iceland campaign. I look forward to working with him - there was

brilliant instant chemistry,’ Young said.
