Vizeum loses £20m Molson Coors media account

LONDON - Vizeum has lost its £20 million Molson Coors media planning and buying account after the brewer shortlisted MediaCom and ZenithOptimedia to compete for the business.

The move ends the Aegis agency’s 20-year relationship with Molson Coors, one of Vizeum’s founding clients.

The brewer, with brands including Carling and Grolsch, called the media review in August this year.

The four agencies originally shortlisted were Vizeum, MediaCom, Mindshare and ZenithOptimedia.

A final decision is expected at the end of this month.
