VCV has appointed the agency to work across a variety of media include digital, mobile, loyalty and direct marketing.
The pitch, which was launched last year, was handled by Agency Assessments. Previously VCV worked with a roster of regional agencies.
The commercial vehicle sector, like the consumer equivalent, has been struggling amid the downturn recently.
According to figures by the Society of Motor Manufacturers and Traders VCV sold only 26,000 vehicles last year, over 5% less than in 2007. Overall the sector is down 14%.
