Wall Street Journal forms closer ties with Washington Post

LONDON – The Wall Street Journal is extending its editorial relationship with The Washington Post, providing editorial content to the Post's weekday editions from June 1.

Under the agreement, the Post will run up to five international business articles provided by the Journal daily. The articles will carry bylines and Journal credit lines.

The deal builds on a relationship established in 2003 when the Post began providing editorial content to the Journal's European and Asian editions.

Bo Jones, the Post's publisher, said: "The addition of Journal stories in the Post expands our relationship with a great newspaper, to the benefit of Post readers. The Journal articles are part of a redesigned and expanded Post business section being launched on June 1."
