- iTouch, the WAP technology service provider has appointed Starcom Motive to handle its media planning and buying requirements for its UK launch project.

The service, which offers WAP based information and services across all four networks and is 71 per cent-owned by Independent News & Media in South Africa. The group recently announced plans to float on the London Stock Exchange in a deal expected to value the mobile internet company at between £300 million and £450 million.
