The Week: Advertising News - Aardman aids the disabled

Aardman Animations, the makers of Wallace & Gromit and British Gas' "creature comforts" ads, has developed a range of new characters for the Leonard Cheshire disability charity, called "creature discomforts".

The work aims to show the types of discrimination faced by disabled people on a daily basis and features six new animal characters, each of which is either in a wheelchair or uses a walking aid. The characters will be voiced by disabled people.
