Apple has returned fire against Microsoft in the Mac versus PC battle by attacking Microsoft's "laptop hunters" ad campaign.

The recent campaign, through Microsoft's agency Crispin Porter & Bogusky, claimed that it would cost $30,000 to fill a 120GB player with music from iTunes while Microsoft's Zune Pass enables unlimited monthly downloads from $15. Now Apple has launched a campaign featuring a woman asking for "something that works" when hunting for a laptop, causing the PC laptops that are available to disappear from the screen.
