The Week: Advertising News - Copywriters pen FX comedy

Pete Cain and Louis Bogue, two former advertising copywriters, have written a sketch show that has been commissioned by FX, the Fox Network-owned channel that brought British audiences The Wire.

Called No Signal, the ten-part show is a satirical look at the world of multi-channel television. During their ad careers, the pair worked at M&C Saatchi, Bartle Bogle Hegarty, Lowe Lintas and Leith London, which they left two years ago to set up a production company.
