The Week: Advertising news - D&AD names top students

The creators of a mobile app and the designer of a Faber and Faber book cover have won joint first place at the D&AD Student Awards.

The Swedish team, Petra Muda and Harri Leppala, created a mobile application, enabling someone to photograph an item, send it to eBay and receive the closest matches from sellers. The Central Saint Martins student, Micheline Mannion, designed a book cover for Faber and Faber incorporating its new print-on-demand service.
