The Food Standards Agency has insisted that its rules on junk-food advertising do not ban the promotion of full-fat milk during children's programming. Speaking in response to Asda's claim last month that its Paul Whitehouse milk ads fell foul of Ofcom's junk-food ad regulations, the FSA has said that full-fat milk can be advertised at any time.
