The Week: Advertising News - Gillette backs Thierry Henry

Gillette has decided to stick by its brand ambassador Thierry Henry following his controversial handball goal, which ended Ireland's chance of competing in the World Cup next year.

The men's shaving and grooming brand said the incident would not affect its relationship with Henry, who is thought to earn around £2 million a year from the deal.
