Meanwhile, VTech, the toy manufacturer, has appointed Leagas Delaney to oversee its £2 million advertising account. The company signed John Ayling & Associates to handle its media task two weeks ago, and is also currently in dispute with its former media agency, Universal McCann, over unpaid bills.
