The Week: Advertising news - Monkhouse work triumphs

An ad featuring Bob Monkhouse, who died in 2003, has been unveiled as the winner of the CBS Outdoor "Underground Writer" competition.

The winning ad, created by The Communications Agency, is an extension of the recent TV campaign for the Prostate Cancer Research Foundation, featuring the comedian talking from beyond the grave about the illness. The creative team, Alan Curson and Shaun Patchett, responded to a brief to design and communicate an engaging story on London Underground Tube card panels.
