The Week: Advertising News - Nestle in healthy eating bid

Nestle has created an educational cartoon, called Sack Race, that stars the Munch Bunch in order to promote healthy eating to children.

The company plans to produce up to four of the six-minute films, which will be created by Ogilvy Advertising, to explain the benefits of calcium, "good" bacteria, omega-3 fatty acids and fibre to five- to eight-year-old children. Initially, the films will launch on the Munch Bunch website, but Nestle hopes to run them as content on children's TV, airlines and in cinemas in the future.
