The Advertising Standards Authority is investigating complaints about a Nutella commercial that claimed the Ferrero-owned spread can be part of a balanced breakfast for children.

The ad promotes the fact that each jar contains 52 hazelnuts, skimmed milk and cocoa, but neglects to mention its sugar and fat content. The complaints focus on whether hazelnuts and milk are Nutella's main ingredients, according to the ASA.
