The Week: Advertising news - Reebok to target women

Reebok is planning to launch a global marketing campaign early next year that focuses on easing gym fatigue, to help support its new women's fitness range.

The campaign will use the positioning "taking the boredom out of working out" and will feature a team of Reebok Global Instructors, chosen from a number of countries around the world. Reebok has also launched a website that aims to encourage women to become active, after research carried out on behalf of the brand showed that only 25 per cent of women participate in fitness sessions on a regular basis.
