The Week: Advertising News - Sport to fight for gay rights

Stonewall, the group that campaigns for gay equality, is launching its "Some people are gay. Get over it!" campaign in sports grounds for the first time.

A deal with the Rugby Football League of Great Britain will result in posters appearing around UK rugby league grounds and in match programmes in a bid to highlight the issue of homophobia in sport. The RFL is the first national governing body of a major sport to sign up to the campaign, which launched earlier this year in schools and then on 600 billboards donated by Titan Outdoor.
