The Week: Advertising news - Walkers seeks new flavour

The latest Walkers crisps ad, created by Abbott Mead Vickers BBDO, features Gary Lineker and encourages consumers to enter a competition to create a new flavour of crisp.

The new ad sees Lineker going about his daily routine, while all the people he meets bombard him with suggestions for the new flavour. The competition winner will get a one-off prize of £50,000 plus 1 per cent of future sales.
