The Week: Advertising Reviews - Lowe wins Ericsson brief

Lowe Worldwide has won the global advertising account for the Swedish telecoms brand Ericsson after a four-way pitch.

The network is understood to have pitched against the incumbent, Ogilvy, in the final round. Publicis and McCann Erickson were eliminated at an earlier stage. Lowe will create global integrated campaigns, with a focus on Ericsson's growth markets of China, Brazil and India. The account will be handled by Lowe's Swedish agency Lowe Brindfors.
