Coca-Cola is reported to have approached Innocent Drinks about buying a minority stake in the company.

The move is said to have come as Innocent looks to raise finance for international expansion. Separately, Coca-Cola is running a promotion, reminiscent of the Pepsi Challenge, that attempts to persuade consumers that its Vault drink tastes better than its rival Mountain Dew.
