The Week: Brand News - Pernod Ricard cuts jobs

Pernod Ricard has slashed 36 marketing, communications and sales jobs as part of a restructure. The move has also seen the company remove the chief marketing officer of its wine division. A spokesman said that the redundancies were mitigated through natural attrition and a recruitment freeze, but that 14 employees had not secured alternative roles within the business.
