The agency picked up the business after a pitch against DDB and WCRS, and will be responsible for giving E.ON's advertising more of a retail focus.
E.ON called a pitch for its advertising account in January this year.
The pitch was handled by Agency Insight, and was led by Jeremy Davies, who joined E.ON as its new director of brand and communications from Abbey in May last year.
TBWA\London was the incumbent on the account, but was not shortlisted for this review. The agency has produced a series of brand and retail campaigns for the company, and will continue to produce work for E.ON's FA Cup sponsorship until the final of the competition in May.
The media planning and buying account, handled by MediaCom since August 2008, is unaffected.
