Palm, the Smartphone company, is plotting a pan-European marketing campaign in an attempt to win back share from rivals Nokia and the BlackBerry-manufacturer RIM. The company is planning to build a roster of agencies to handle below-the-line retail, digital and experiential marketing across Europe.
