The Week: Media News - C4 may face legal action

Shareholders in 4Digital Group, the licensee of the planned second national digital radio multiplex, are considering suing Channel 4 over the nature of its withdrawal from the project last month.

Several shareholders contend that C4 only notified them of its decision to withdraw on the morning of the public announcement of the move on 10 October, not allowing them an opportunity to discuss the impact it would have on the future of the venture.
