The Week: Media news - Ferrari launches global title

Ferrari is to consolidate its customer publishing business into one global account and has appointed Conde Nast to launch a quarterly global magazine.

The title, which is aimed at Ferrari owners, will have an initial UK print run of 30,000 and will be published to coincide with key dates in the motorsport calendar. The first edition is expected to appear in late June, and the second in time for the Paris Motor Show in September. Antonio Ghini, the editor-in-chief and brand management director at Ferrari, will direct the title, which will be edited by Jason Barlow, a contributing editor on motoring at Conde Nast's GQ.
