GCap Media has again beaten rival MuxCo, which is headed by two former GCap directors, to win the latest digital radio licence in Oxfordshire. The company will run two of its stations, Fox FM and Xfm, plus three services from Absolute Radio, Jack FM, Oxford's FM 107.9 and My-fm Oxfordshire. GCap has won four of the six local digital multiplex licences to MuxCo's two.
