The digital media group i-level is to appoint investment banking advisors to undertake a strategic review of the business after receiving a number of unsolicited approaches for the company, according to reports.
Approaches are understood to have come from global marketing services groups. Last year, the venture capital group Beringea took a stake of around 20 per cent in i-level's parent company, ILG Digital.
