The Week: Media news - Indie loses 14 per cent

The Independent's readership has dropped 14 per cent year on year, according to the latest National Readership Survey figures. The NRS figures show The Independent's daily readership at 693,000 for the six-month period from October 2007 to March 2008. It was 802,000 for the same period the previous year.
