The Week: Media news - Kantar restructures media

Kantar Group, the information, insight and consultancy division of WPP, has restructured its media business as Kantar Media Research to bring together its audience measurement assets and expertise into a single unit.

Andy Brown will lead the new unit as the chief executive officer, reporting to Eric Salama, the Kantar Group chairman and chief executive. He will be supported by Jeff Krentz, Kantar's corporate development and strategy director, on new media corporate strategy, partnerships, acquisitions and investments.
