The Week: Media news - Switchover info is 'lacking'

Britain's most vulnerable TV viewers are not getting the information they need in order to make the switch from analogue to digital, according to a report from the Ofcom Consumer Panel.

The report highlighted "urgent, practical issues" about how the switchover is being publicised. It concluded that an improved promotional campaign is needed in order to inform consumers about the range of help that is available to them.
