The Week: Media News - Trinity predicts revenue fall

Trinity Mirror has said it expects ad revenues across the group to have fallen by 1.5 per cent in the first six months of 2007, but added that the ad market showed signs of increased stability. Ad revenues at its national titles are expected to decline 2.4 per cent over the period, compared with 4 per cent for the three months from January to April. Revenues at its regional division are expected to fall by 1.6 per cent. Shares rose 5.5p to 523.5p following the announcement.
