The Week: Media reviews - Arena BLM wins Pipex work

Arena BLM has won the £2.6 million offline media planning and buying account for Pipex without a pitch. The Tiscali-owned broadband provider moved the account from the incumbent, PHD, after deciding to consolidate its offline with its online media. Arena BLM's sister agency, BLM Quantum, already handles the brand's £6 million online adspend.
