The Week: Media Reviews - OU appoints Rapp Media

Open University has appointed Rapp Media to its £8 million media planning and buying account. The agency won the business after a final shoot-out against the WPP-owned Mindshare. The incumbent on the account, Zed Media, was knocked out at an earlier stage of the review.
