The Week: People News - Bollore warns on bubbles

Vincent Bollore, the chairman of Havas, has warned that the second internet boom may push prices up to unsustainable levels and has said Havas is unlikely to follow Publicis (which paid $1.3 billion for Digitas) and WPP (which bought 24/7 Real Media for $649 million) in making multimillion-pound investments in digital businesses. Speaking at the Cannes International Advertising Festival, Bollore said: "I can't comment on their acquisitions but there is a bubble surely, and not just in digital - everywhere."
