The Week: People News - Farm founder steps back

Paul Jeffrey, the managing partner at Farm and one of its founders, is stepping back from the role to concentrate on the strategy consultancy he runs with his wife.

Owen Lee, the creative director, will take a leadership role at the agency, reporting to Andrew Needham, the group managing director of the Tangible Group. The agency has also appointed Craig Harris, a founder of AMP, as the planning director, and Brand Learning's Belinda Furneaux-Harris as its client services director.
