IPC Southbank has appointed Alicen Stenner, the group digital marketing director and publisher of Hearst Digital's Handbag.com, to the role of digital development director. She will join in February, reporting to the managing director, Jackie Newcombe, and will work on building the digital presence of IPC Southbank's magazines.
