Quiet Storm has been handed the task of revamping the Hallmark Channel, which is owned by Sparrowhawk Media. The brief, which was awarded without a pitch, involves off-air creative work that will be rolled out across the channel's global network.

The appointment does not affect Sparrowhawk's relationships with MediaCom or Bruce Dunlop & Associates, the on-air creative agency for Hallmark.
