Designed to drive customer awareness of the brand’s growing varieties of caramel sweets, the Werther’s Original Caramel Shop launched last Monday (3 November) and will be open for two weeks. The store’s décor has been inspired by a traditional sweet shop at Christmas in a bid to create a nostalgic experience for customers.

Visitors will be able to taste Werther’s Original Butter Candies through a bespoke, experiential pick ‘n’ mix installation. A copper helter-skelter mechanism has been positioned at the front of the store and releases a range of the brand’s sweets when a cord is pulled.

The shop also features a dedicated ‘sugar-free’ area and a number of exclusive product ranges.

Hot Pickle previously worked with Werther’s Original in 2013 for a nationwide sampling campaign. A similar experience was created using the motif of a traditional sweet shop.
