Eve won the award, run in association with Campaign, for his "wheels on the bus" spot for the road safety charity, LARSOA. The ad features the children's song, The Wheels on the Bus, to raise awareness of seatbelt safety.
The October Aerial Awards were judged by Trevor Beattie, the creative director and partner of Beattie McGuinness Bungay.
He said: "So few ads break free of the given way of doing things. Breaking ranks is the LARSOA ad for child seatbelts. It caught my attention."
The runner-up was Yann Jones of WCRS for his "hair & beauty" spot for The Number 118 118. The winning commercial can be listened to at www.aerialsfoundation.co.uk.
