Cameron, who has worked at Fabrica for the past eight years, will report to the executive creative directors, Tony Davidson and Kim Papworth, and will join the W&K London management team.

The agency has also hired two new creative teams: Rob Doubal and Lolly Thomson who join from Mother where they worked on Coca-Cola, and Oli Beale and Alex Holder from WCRS.

The appointments follow the departure of W&K's creative directors Ben Walker and Matt Gooden, who left to join Beattie McGuinness Bungay in February.

In addition, the agency has promoted Paul Colman, the joint head of planning, to its management line-up, and Nic Owen to joint operations director with a position on the management team.
